According to Dr. Gamadia, kick-starting your day with a teaspoon of ginger juice mixed with hot water is highly beneficial. While fruits are still an option, Dr. Gamadia advises against pomegranates and raw vegetable juices, urging you to consider alternatives.
Dr. Gamadia emphasises the importance of supplementation for improving gut health. He recommends taking zinc twice a day, as it not only benefits intestinal bacteria but also supports other immune functions.
"It can be taken at any time, either after breakfast or lunch," advises Dr. Gamadia. In addition to zinc, he strongly advocates for the intake of probiotics twice a day.
"If you follow this regimen for approximately two weeks, you will notice a significant reduction in your intestinal bacteria and an improvement in your skin inflammation," assures Dr. Gamadia.
