• Contains misleading information regarding its origin;
• Is otherwise unlawful or objectionable.

The Company may remove, restrict or disable access to such material without notice.

If you violate these Terms, applicable law or the Privacy Policy, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate your access, remove the relevant material and take any legal or regulatory action available to it.

The Company may preserve relevant records where required under applicable law.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access if:

The complaint should include:

• Your full name and contact details;
• The URL or location of the concerned material;
• A clear description of the complaint;
• Relevant documents, screenshots or supporting information;

The Company may contact you to verify your identity or obtain further information before processing the complaint.

The Company shall not be responsible for any communication if addressed to any non-designated person in this regard.
